My writing focuses on music, with an emphasis on guitar and education. I’ve contributed to a variety of outlets and have profiled artists from across musical genres, including Flying Lotus, Vieux Farka Touré, Taj Mahal, Bill Frisell, Mary Halvorson, Jaimie Branch, Loren Connors, and Louis Cato.

In 2021, I joined the editorial team at Premier Guitar, where I’ve been contributing since 2017 and currently work as senior editor. All of my writing for PG—which includes features, gear reviews, lists, and lessons—can be found here.
